Fijne ervaring en mooie nagels!

First I had to wait for 45 min before someone helped me. Then when I asked if they can do chrome effect on a color, they said yes. So I pick a color based on the effect that I want, in the end they didn’t have it. So I end up with nails that I completely didn’t want, also done in an very messy way. I still had to pay full amount and they were not friendly or helpful.

Arrived at the exact time, had to wait 30 minutes for them to do my nails, she started to do my nails, I told them the color I wanted. They did my nails with only acrylic and a transparent gel. They didn't even prepared my nail properly. Never again.

This was my first time at the salon. Emily was very nice and professional. After my nails were done I went to get my feet done and an other stylist came to do my feet and she was also very nice and gentle. My overall experience was very satisfied and I will go back.

Ondanks het feit dat ik een afspraak had moest ik 45 wachten. Daarin was ik niet de enige. Het werk zelf was wel goed, alleen afwerking had iets netter gekund.

Ik ben door Mandy geholpen. Zij is altijd geweldig!
